Refund Eligibility

VoCap is offered as a one-time purchase. Refunds may be available under the following circumstances:

  • 14-Day Refund Window: You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the App does not function as described
  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error or payment processing mistake
  • Unauthorized Charges: If charges were made without your authorization (subject to verification)
  • Technical Incompatibility: If the App cannot run on your system despite meeting the listed system requirements, and we are unable to resolve the issue

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available for:

  • Change of Mind: Deciding you no longer need the software after purchase
  • Transcription Accuracy: Dissatisfaction with transcription accuracy, as results depend on audio quality, speaker clarity, and environmental factors
  • Hardware Limitations: Performance issues caused by hardware that does not meet the recommended specifications for AI model inference
  • Third-Party Issues: Problems caused by third-party services, internet connectivity, or your equipment
  • Requests After 14 Days: Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase

How to Request a Refund

Processing Time

  • We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
  • Refund decisions are made within 5-7 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days
